Tbh, I was adding handstands to my yoga flow and kept falling on my face. I fixed it by practicing my kick-up against the wall first to get the feel. How do you guys transition out of handstands without losing your flow?
I thought practicing every day was essential for progress. Now I see that scheduled rest makes my flows smoother and prevents pain.
It really helped us unwind together. I try to keep that vibe in my solo practice now.
Some distractions are just too adorable to ignore.
