Rant: Ditching store-bought salad dressing made my lunches way more interesting (and controversial).
I started making my own vinaigrettes instead of buying bottled ones, and now my salads actually taste fresh (go figure). Some people in my life say homemade dressings are fussy and not worth the effort, while others swear by the flavor boost. Are you team DIY dressing or do you stick with the convenience of the bottle?

Yeah, the "two minutes" thing is so true. It's barely any effort for way better taste, but some people act like you're cooking a five-course meal. I'm totally team DIY for that reason.

Get over yourself, it's salad dressing.

In my experience, have you tried just whisking olive oil with lemon juice and herbs? It takes two minutes and tastes way fresher than anything from a shelf. Your mileage may vary, but for me, that little effort makes lunch something to look forward to.
