Question about choosing between a physical spa and a mobile business back in 2010
I picked the brick and mortar spot in Portland, which meant a huge loan but let me build a steady client base (you know, the kind that books facials every six weeks like clockwork). Anyone else make that choice and find the overhead was worth it for the stability?

Honestly, that loan sounds terrifying! A mobile setup back then would have had way less risk. You could have tested different neighborhoods without being stuck in one expensive lease. All that steady client money probably just goes right back to the bank for years.
