My facial steamer decided to humidify the whole room during a treatment

I was just starting a basic cleanse when the thing went crazy. Steam shot out everywhere and made the room look like a cloud. I had to stop everything and open all the windows to clear it. Now I always test the settings before anyone comes in. Talk about a funny way to ruin a calm atmosphere!

Disagree with the light take. Steam filling a room is a real hazard. It can warp wood furniture or peel wall paint. That moisture might short out any electronics nearby. Testing settings first is just a band-aid fix. You should get that steamer checked or replace it.

Ever hear about my friend's steamer mishap? It filled her apartment with steam and her gaming console got wrecked... totally fried the circuits.
