I thought those LED light therapy masks were just a gimmick for influencers

After using one on a client with stubborn rosacea for 3 weeks, the reduction in redness was undeniable. Anyone have a favorite protocol for integrating them into a standard facial series?

What brand did you use? I've been thinking about trying one for my own skin.

What kind of skin issues are you trying to fix with it?

The 3 week mark is usually where you start seeing real change with these masks. Were you using it daily or every other day for that client with rosacea? I feel like consistency matters a lot but I don't want to overdo it on sensitive skin either. Some people swear by the red light only for inflammation but I wonder if mixing in the near infrared helps more with deeper healing. Curious if you stuck with one wavelength or cycled through different settings during the facial series.
