Had a client yell at me for $45 facial
Last month at the shop on Broadway she screamed the red light therapy didn't do anything. Has anyone else dealt with people expecting magic results from one session?

The last time I had someone flip out over results I just smiled and offered a free touch up session the next week. Sometimes clients just need to chill and understand facials aren't magic wands. Had one lady threaten to review bomb me because her skin still had a pimple after extractions.

You gotta set expectations right upfront, tell them it takes 6 to 8 sessions minimum.
