Appreciation post: I started adding a 5 minute steam session with a chamomile tea bag in the water for my clients with rosacea flare-ups. Their redness calmed down way faster than with my old routine.

Interesting idea, but I wonder about the steam itself being the main factor, not the tea. Steam opens pores and increases blood flow, which could help some types of redness but maybe irritate others. @milesj70 asking about the number of clients is a good point, because rosacea triggers can be super personal. You'd need a decent sample size to know if it's the chamomile or just the warm moisture doing the work. Could be a nice combo, but it's hard to tell without trying it on a bunch of different skin types.

My regular with papulopustular rosacea saw a real difference after three sessions. Simon717 has a point about steam alone, but the chamomile seems to add a soothing layer that plain water misses. It's become a trusted step in my calming routine now.

How many clients have you tried this with so far?
