Honestly, that's a bit much for a cafe. It's just wifi, not a life support system. Tbh if your whole office depends on a random public connection, maybe rethink the setup. Complaining about 10mbps for basic work stuff seems kinda extra. It's not like he's running a server farm from his latte.

Wait, 10mbps is considered enough now? My phone gets faster than that. I tried to send a big file last week and it took forever, had to use my own hotspot.
