PSA: Coworking spaces vs coffee shops for daily work

I used to swear by coffee shops for getting work done on the road. Cheap, easy, and decent wifi most days. But after 6 months in Chiang Mai, I hit a wall with the noise and inconsistent outlets. Switched to a proper coworking space here for $150 a month and now I've got a fixed desk and legit AC. Problem is, I miss the flexibility of just rolling into any cafe for an hour. How do you guys balance cost vs productivity when you're hopping between cities?

fr same boat tbh. i do a mix now - coworking spaces for my deep work mornings then bounce to a random cafe for the afternoon grind when i'm feeling less focused. saves me a bit of cash too.

Steal that split schedule @lisak26, coworking mornings then cheap cafe afternoons works smart.
