Had a chat with a lady in a co-working space in Medellin that kinda flipped my whole routine

She told me she never works more than 4 hours a day and still pulls in more than me with some remote data analysis gig... made me realize I've been burning out for no reason just to look busy. Anybody else ever have a random stranger drop a truth bomb like that?

Right on, had a cashier tell me the same thing once. Changed everything.

Funny you say that, I had a plumber tell me once that the best tool in his truck was his phone for watching how-to videos on site. Kinda made me rethink how I train my crew.
