Found my 4G hotspot booster wedged in a hostel pillowcase in Lisbon

I kept losing signal in this old hostel near Alfama, so I tried moving my laptop to the window, then the roof terrace, and even the bathroom. On day 3 I finally dug through the mystery pillowcase stash and found a 6 inch antenna booster someone had hidden there, probably for the same reason. Plugged it into my MiFi and went from 1 bar to full bars, video calls actually worked. Anyone else ever find weird gear left behind by other nomads that saved their workday?

Tbh that's a genius spot cause most people just leave chargers or adapters, but a hidden booster is next level. Bet if you'd checked the other pillowcases you'd have found a whole kit from some nomad who bailed mid trip.
