That one guy who called my landing page "a maze" made me rethink everything
Last month a potential client spent 2 minutes on my site then emailed me saying he had to click 4 times just to find my pricing. Has anyone else gotten brutally honest feedback from a stranger that totally changed how you layout your pages?

Read somewhere that the average person decides if they trust a site in under 3 seconds. Four clicks to find pricing sounds like a death sentence for a business. Got a similar wake-up call from a friend who said my contact button was lost in a sea of text. Moved it to the top right in bold and calls started coming in way more steady.

Three seconds seems harsh. That might be true for someone scrolling on their phone half asleep, but your real customers aren't making a snap judgment like that. They have a problem they need solved and they'll dig a little to find a solution. I run a small shop myself and people scroll past a dozen sites before they even care about pricing. Moving the button helped you but I bet it was more about cleaning up the mess around it than the button itself.

Yeah you moved it or did your friend's brother's site actually start dying?
