Rant: I keep seeing people treat their social media like a megaphone instead of a conversation.
Honestly, after tracking our own engagement for 3 months, I saw a 70% drop in comments when we stopped asking questions and just posted announcements, so how do you actually get people to talk back?

It's like throwing a party and just yelling updates from the porch. You have to go inside, hand people a drink, and ask what music they like. The algorithm rewards back-and-forth chatter, not broadcasts.
