I moved my client's whole ad budget off Google and onto Pinterest, 3 months in and the numbers are still weird
Back in early March my client Jenna runs a small handmade candle shop out of Tacoma and was spending $900 a month on Google Ads for a product nobody searches for by name. So I made the call, pulled the whole $900 and dumped it into Pinterest promoted pins instead. First month was flat, second month traffic doubled, but here is the weird part, her sales went up while her site visits dropped. I think Pinterest users save stuff and come back weeks later, which makes the normal visit-to-sale tracking look broken, so if you have run promoted pins for a small shop did the same lag happen to you or did I just get lucky?
