Update: My old writing group's prompt jar vs. today's AI generators
Back in college, we had a physical jar with weird, handwritten prompts that led to insane stories. Now, every site just spits out the same 'what if' scenarios generated by algorithms. It feels so SOULLESS and doesn't push creativity anymore. I miss the chaos of pulling a random slip of paper.

Totally get that feeling. My own attempt to bring back the magic was buying a nice jar and some fancy paper strips, which just sit on a shelf looking sad. The weird human spark in those old prompts is completely missing now, replaced by something that feels kind of empty. Guess my follow through is as bad as an AI's originality.

Seriously though, are we just putting old stuff on a pedestal? That jar would probably just gather dust on my counter too.
