Why does everyone hate on cold pizza for breakfast?
I was at a diner in Chicago last weekend and ordered my usual breakfast. Guy next to me saw me pull out a slice of pepperoni from last night and called it 'disgusting.' But honestly, cold pizza hits different. The cheese gets this firm texture and the sauce soaks into the crust just right. Has anyone else been judged for eating it in public?

Man, I feel you. I've done the same thing at a diner and got some side-eye from the waitress. My advice? Just own it. Cold pizza is its own thing, like a leftover steak you eat standing over the sink. Tell em it's a breakfast quesadilla that's already been assembled.

Used to think cold pizza was just sad pizza, like a flat soda or a stale donut. But my buddy left a slice of sausage and onion in my fridge overnight and I tried it the next morning out of pure laziness. That firm cheese and the tangy sauce, it was a whole different meal, way better than microwaving it into a soggy mess. Now I get it, it's not a leftover, it's a plan. I'd still probably hide it in a napkin at a diner though, some battles aren't worth fighting.
