Forty bucks on salt?! No way." Yeah, that's pretty much the reaction I had reading this. What exactly made you buy it in the first place? Was it a fancy recipe you saw online, or did the grocery store have one of those display boxes that just looked too good to pass up? I'm curious if you tried it on something besides eggs first or if you just went all in on breakfast. Truffle salt is one of those things where I feel like you either love it or you hate it, and there's not much in between.
