My partner walked out of the kitchen when I made my late-night snack of cold canned corn with a big spoonful of mayo mixed in.
It took me a full 20 minutes to convince them to even try a bite, and they still said it tasted like 'regret and picnics from the 70s'.

Wait, canned corn and mayo? Eric_murray26, are you telling me people actually mix those two things together on purpose? I've seen some questionable picnic sides, but that sounds like a crime against food. The thought of that sweet canned corn juice mixing with gloopy mayo is making me a bit queasy. That's the kind of dish that gets passed around the table once and then sits there, forgotten, until the ants find it.
