My grandma's 'garbage plate' casserole finally crossed a line last week

I grew up loving my grandma's casserole where she just dumps whatever leftovers are in the fridge into a dish with cream of mushroom soup. Last week she added some leftover tuna salad and chocolate pudding from the same week... I took one bite and nearly lost it. She swears it's comfort food but I think 55 years of that recipe might need a pause. Has anyone else had a family member's 'signature dish' get way too experimental?

You gotta have a gentle but firm talk with her before that pudding reappears in the meatloaf.

Haha, well technically pudding is more of a dessert than a meatloaf ingredient, but I get your point!
