My comfort food is a bowl of cold baked beans straight from the can

I hit a personal record last month, eating them for lunch 14 days in a row. My partner says it's the weirdest, most depressing thing he's ever seen, but I find it cozy and easy. He argues that hot beans with cheese or on toast is the only proper way. I say the sweet, thick sauce and soft texture is perfect cold, no fuss. Has anyone else got a comfort food that people think is just lazy or wrong?
