Hot take: ketchup on mac and cheese is a hill I'll die on
I was at a potluck in Phoenix last month and someone literally gasped when I put ketchup on my mac and cheese. Half the table said it's a crime against food, the other half admitted they do it too but never say it out loud. Which side are you on?

Ugh okay I used to be one of those people who thought it was weird as hell. But then I tried it at a friend's house because I was too polite to say no and honestly? It's not bad. The sweet tangy ketchup cuts through all that heavy cheese way better than I expected. Now I'll do it sometimes but only with the really sharp cheddar mac, not the boxed stuff. Don't judge me but I've been converted.
