Cold canned pasta changed my mind after 30 years of refusing it

I always thought cold spaghetti-os or ravioli straight from the can was something only weird uncles did at 2am. Last week I got stuck at a job site in Newark with no microwave and only a gas station nearby. Grabbed a can of beef ravioli, plastic spoon, ate it lukewarm from the trunk. Honestly? It hit the spot. The sauce tastes different when it's not heated up, thicker and more tomato-forward. I've now eaten 4 cans this week. Has anyone else made the cold can switch, or am I just becoming my uncle?
