Threw $300 at a content automation tool that ruined my blog traffic

I bought into this AI content generator last quarter thinking it'd save me hours, but it pumped out generic posts that tanked my organic reach by 40% in two weeks. The tool completely missed my audience's voice and Google hit me with a penalty for thin content. Has anyone else had a paid tool backfire this badly on their strategy?

Oh I feel this so hard, I fell for the exact same trap last year with a different tool. Paid $250 for what they promised was "turnkey content" and it sounded like a robot trying to impersonate my grandma's knitting blog. Dumped all of it after a week when I saw my bounce rate go through the roof and comments drop to zero. The worst part is Google is totally onto that thin content now, their algorithm punishes it way faster than it used to.

Forty percent drop in just two weeks? That is brutal.

@holly_sanchez75 I read a thing about Google cracking down even harder on that junk lately.
