That week in 2019 when every blog post I scheduled crashed and burned

I had a full editorial calendar for a client in Austin, 12 posts lined up, and every single one got kicked back for factual errors or tone issues. Turned out their new product launch had changed their brand voice completely, and nobody told me until I was three days deep in revisions. Has anyone else dealt with a client pivoting mid-strategy without warning and how did you recover the schedule?
