Overheard my boss say 'we dont need a content calendar' at a conference, big mistake
Last month at a marketing meetup in Austin, my boss literally said that to someone from another agency. Then he spent the next 3 weeks asking me why we kept missing posting deadlines and why our blog traffic was all over the place. Like, no duh. I just nodded and quietly kept my own spreadsheet. Has anyone else had a manager who refuses to plan ahead but then panics when the numbers dip? How do you handle that without just quitting? I'm curious if there's a trick to make them see the light.
