Just realized my content calendar was a total mess after a client call last Tuesday
I was showing a new client my plan for their blog, and I had scheduled a post about summer recipes for the week of December 15th. They just stared at the screen and said, 'Is this a joke?' I had copied an old template and forgot to change the dates or topics. Now I have to redo three months of work. How do you guys keep your calendars from getting mixed up like that?

Oh man, do I feel that. I did the exact same thing with a holiday campaign once, it was so bad. I just have to check everything twice now before I hit send.

Wait, you sent out a holiday campaign with a mistake in it? That's the worst possible time for that to happen. I would have been sick to my stomach. What was the actual error, if you don't mind me asking? I can only imagine the panic of trying to fix it when everyone is out of the office.

My local pharmacy had a sign last week that said "Happy Holdiays" in big red letters. It stayed up for three days before someone fixed it. It feels like the busier we get, the more those small mistakes slip through because everyone is rushing.
