Got stuck haggling over a $7 coffee habit for three months before finding the real money leak
I spent way too long trying to cut my daily coffee shop trip from $5 to $3, but it was my $80 magazine subscription that I barely read that was the real problem. It took me THREE MONTHS of obsessing over tiny expenses before I finally canceled those magazines and saved $80 a month instantly. Has anyone else wasted time fighting the small stuff while the big costs slipped by?

An $80 magazine subscription you barely read? That hurts just to read about. I hope you weren't paying that monthly like it was Netflix or something. I would have been mad at myself for not catching that sooner. Sometimes it's easier to spot the little stuff because it's right there in front of us every day. But the big leaks hide in plain sight until you really look.

Read this article that said most people waste 30% of their monthly income on stuff they never use. It's so easy to track the $3 coffee but ignore those bigger bills.
