Finally tracked my coffee spending for a month. The number was wild.

Did a full check of my bank statements from March. Found I was spending about $5 a day at the cafe near my office. That's over $100 a month just on coffee. Bought a decent French press for $25 and a bag of beans. Made it at home all last week. Saved about $20 already. Anyone else cut a small daily cost that added up fast?

Totally get this. I did the same thing with buying lunch out every day. It was like twelve bucks a day without even thinking. Switched to making big batches of soup or pasta on Sundays. The savings in just a month were shocking, way more than I expected. It feels good to actually see the money stay in your account.

Honestly, what else did you find on the bank statement?

Yeah, that "honestly" says it all. Been there with bank statement surprises, never fun. Hope it's nothing too wild.
