Finally got my grocery bill under $75 a week
Honestly, I was spending over $100 every trip to the Safeway on Main Street. Last month I started planning meals around what was on sale and buying store brands. Ngl, it felt like a small win when my total came to $72.34. Anyone else find a simple switch that cut their food costs?

It's wild how much planning ahead can save. Feels like a secret life hack they don't teach you.

Oh man, I feel this. My version of planning ahead is buying a 12-pack of paper towels because it's on sale, then realizing I have no place to store them. So now I have a tower of bounty in my living room for three months. I save like five bucks but I have to live like I'm in a warehouse. Still counts as a win, I guess.

Changed my view honestly. Never thought bulk buys could be so worth it.
