People are still paying full price for airport transfers in Lisbon
I keep seeing folks book those fixed-price taxis from LIS for 40 euros. The metro goes right to the city center for under 2 euros, and it took me 25 minutes. Has anyone found a cheaper ride-share app that works well there?

That metro is a nightmare with luggage. Crowded, stairs everywhere, no help. A taxi is a flat rate, door to door, and the driver handles your bags. Worth every euro after a long flight.

Oh man, I feel this. I used to take the metro but hauling a suitcase up those stairs is brutal. Last trip I tried Bolt, it was way cheaper than the airport taxis, like 15 euros to the city. The pickup is a short walk from arrivals, just follow the signs for the parking garage.
