Vent: Stop telling Gen Z the housing crisis is their fault when my 1988 starter home cost less than a used Civic
My dad keeps saying I just need to skip avocado toast, but his first house in Columbus, Ohio was $62k in 1988 while the same 2 bedroom now runs $285k, so has anyone else had a Boomer relative do the math out loud and then go quiet?
