Tried a $200 clipper and it couldn't beat my old $60 Wahl
Bought a fancy new cordless clipper thinking it would change my game, but after a week of use I went right back to my old Wahl Senior that's been running strong for 5 years. Anyone else find that newer expensive gear doesn't always outperform the basic stuff you started with?

Man, I totally get what you're saying. I think sometimes we get caught up in the hype and forget that the old workhorses just do the job better. It's like the simpler tech just keeps going without all the fancy stuff getting in the way.
