He started posting his fades on Instagram, just clean, simple videos. No fancy music, just the work. He told me he replies to every single comment, even the dumb ones. Watch a guy give a good haircut and actually talk to his customers online and suddenly it's a business miracle. Next thing you know, the dry cleaner will be famous for getting out a red wine stain and answering a DM. The bar down the block will blow up because they post a video of a decent pour and the bartender remembers a regular's name. Yeah, it's that simple, and it's wild that just doing the job well and being nice is now a secret weapon.
