That walk-in who asked for a 'flow' but meant something totally different in Austin
I had a guy sit down last Tuesday in Austin and ask for a 'flow' while pointing at a mullet picture on his phone, so after 20 minutes of guessing we landed on something half decent, but has anyone else dealt with clients using trendy words they clearly don't understand?
