That Friday before Labor Day was a complete disaster
Had a guy come in at 3pm wanting a skin fade and beard trim right before I was supposed to close. His hair was matted with some kind of product, took me 45 minutes just to get through it. Then my clipper blade fell off halfway through and I couldn't find the screw. Ended up working until 7pm and the guy complained about the wait. Has anyone else had a walk-in that just ruined your whole evening?

Man, that's rough. But here's what's bugging me - why did you let him come in at 3pm knowing you close at, what, 4 or 5? Like, what was going through your head when you saw him walk through the door with that matted mess? I mean, I've been there where you think you can squeeze someone in but then it turns into this whole thing. Did you have a cancellation or something that made you think it'd be quick, or was it just one of those days where you couldn't say no?
