Every barber in my city swears by hot towel shaves, but I stopped doing them at my chair 6 months ago
Did 40 of them last year at my shop in Boise and watched guys walk out with red, angry skin more often than smooth faces, so I switched to a warm damp cloth for 20 seconds and my repeat bookings went up 15 percent, anyone else cut hot towels and catch grief from the old school crowd for it?
