That Tuesday last month was the best day of my dental hygiene career

I had a patient cancel at the last minute so I had a 45 minute gap in my schedule. Normally I hate that because it throws off my flow, but I used the time to actually clean my ultrasonic scaler tips properly for once. Then my next patient came in and said 'I haven't had a cleaning this smooth in years' after I used a new scaling technique I learned from a video. Third patient was a 10 year old who sat still the whole time and didn't even flinch during the fluoride. Has anyone else had a random weekday just line up perfectly like that for no reason?

That 10 year old staying still really is a rare miracle though.

Bruh, it's a nice day at work, not a life changing event. You cleaned your tools and a kid sat still, that's like the bare minimum. I get being happy about a smooth schedule but calling it the "best day" of your whole career feels like a stretch.
