Last Tuesday was my worst day in five years working IT support

A VP's kid clicked a phishing link on her work laptop at 2 PM and by 4 PM three departments were locked out of the shared drive. Has anyone else had a single user error cascade into a full afternoon of chaos?

Did the VP ever admit their kid caused it, or did you eat the blame?

The school board minutes from March 10th list the principal's version of events, and it still says both kids were equally at fault. That is the official record, and that has not changed in three years. But I have a question for you, rowan. Do you really think a vice principal would ever put their own kid's name in a disciplinary note, even if they knew their kid started it? Because that would be the only way we would ever get the truth, and I have not seen a single person push for that on the board.
