The $60 anime figure I waited 5 months for arrived with a smashed box

Ordered a limited Megahouse figure from an overseas shop and the shipping cost more than the figure itself. When it finally showed up last Tuesday, the box looked like someone sat on it and the arm was snapped clean off. Anyone else ever get burned on import shipping, or did I just pick a junk seller?
