Realized I was skipping the recap episodes for no reason
Last night I was binge watching Hunter x Hunter and I hit episode 26, which is a recap. I almost skipped it out of habit, but I let it play and it actually showed me connections I had missed. My buddy Mark kept telling me recaps are useful for picking up foreshadowing, and now I get why he was right. Does anyone else treat recaps as filler or do you actually sit through them?

Episode 26 was the one where I finally realized I'd been zoning out during the whole Chrollo backstory lol. I used to skip every recap like it was homework, but now I'm wondering how many plot points I missed in other shows just because I wanted to save 20 minutes.

Wait, you sat through the whole Chrollo backstory? I think I spaced out even harder on that one and just ended up scrolling through my phone... guess that means I need to rewatch the whole series now, huh.
