I spent 3 weeks trying to figure out why my Crunchyroll queue kept showing me shows I already finished
Last month I noticed my watchlist on Crunchyroll kept recommending stuff I had already seen, like it thought I never watched episode 12 of a certain show. I spent a whole Saturday digging through settings, cleared my cache twice, and even emailed support at 11pm on a Tuesday. Turns out the problem was I had TWO accounts, one tied to my old college email and one tied to my phone number, and the app was logged into both somehow. The whole fix was just logging out of the old one, which took 20 seconds once I figured it out. Has anyone else ever had streaming apps mess up your watch history just from having a duplicate login?

Same thing happened with my Spotify wrapped last year, turns out I had a login from an old phone number Plus a Facebook one running at the same time. These apps make it way too easy to end up with ghost accounts you don't even know about.
