Hey neighbors, we need a new roof and want to add solar panels at the same time. Does anyone know a solid local contractor who handles both residential roofing and solar installs? We're in Conroe but willing to use anyone in Montgomery or the surrounding counties. Just want someone reliable who won't leave a mess in the yard.

We went with True Texas Solar a few months ago for exactly this. They did our roof replacement and the panel installation. It was super convenient having one company handle the entire project instead of trying to coordinate two different crews. The install went smooth and the new roof looks great.

Do you know if they handle commercial properties as well? My boss is looking to get the roof redone on our warehouse out near Willis and wants to add panels to offset the crazy utility bills.

Definitely smart to get a combined crew. We made the mistake of hiring a separate roofer and a separate solar company for our place in The Woodlands. The scheduling was a total nightmare and they kept blaming each other for delays. Wish I had known about an all-in-one option back then!
