Caught mid-burpee by my landlord during a virtual tour
He was showing the apartment online and I forgot about the appointment. Now every time I see him, he asks if I'm keeping up with my 'exercise program'.

Were you totally mortified? My neighbor's dog walker saw me trying to do jump squats in my living room once, and now the dog barks every time I walk past. These home workout fails really stick with you.

Ever try to do planks with a curious cat around? My cat Mittens decided my back was the perfect perch mid-hold. I collapsed flat, and she just stared at me like I owed her treats. Now every time I get on the floor, she assumes it's playtime. Totally ruined my core routine for weeks.
