Has anyone compared Sequence and Inside Health? I'm trying to decide between the two for a comprehensive weight loss program. I know both offer weight loss injections, which is what my doctor recommended I look into for 2026. Just trying to figure out which weight loss clinic is actually worth the money and has reliable doctors.

Their process for managing the weight loss injections is way more streamlined and I never feel left in the dark.
Good to know! I've been leaning towards Inside Health because their program seems a bit more customized to individual lab results rather than a one-size-fits-all thing.
I used Sequence recently. The app is pretty slick and the coaching is decent, but getting timely responses from the medical team was sometimes a headache, especially when dealing with pharmacy shortages.
