Trivia night got me to rethink smart speakers

I used to think they were just for music and kinda dumb. But at a party, we used one for games and it was actually REALLY cool. What gadget did you wrongly judge at first?

Totally get that, I wrote off tablets as just big phones until I tried using one for reading recipes in the kitchen. Completely changed my mind.

Oh wow, I was the same way... thought tablets were just pointless big screens. Then I started using mine for sheet music when I play piano. Having it propped up means no page turns mid-song, and I can mark up the score without ruining paper books. It went from gathering dust to being my practice buddy every day. Seriously, finding that one use case just flips everything around.

I downloaded a free comic app on my tablet last month. I mean, now I read graphic novels during my commute instead of just scrolling. It's kinda nice having a portable library that doesn't weigh down my bag.
