Honestly, I was in a Starbucks in Denver last week and saw a guy with three laptops set up, doing what looked like three different client calls at once. It hit me how much the 'office' has changed.

Yeah the "weird flex" thing is real, but I saw a whole article about how this is just how some people work now. They called it "overlapping" or something. Like my friend does customer service for two different companies at the same time, different headsets and everything. It's not for show, it's just making the clock hours count.

Man, I saw that same thing at a library cafe. It's not a flex, it's just the gig now. My buddy codes for one company on his main screen and handles support tickets for another on his tablet. The trick is using separate audio devices and color-coded windows so you don't send the wrong report to the wrong boss. It looks crazy, but it's just stacking paid hours.
