Had to choose between a big, steady client and three smaller ones with better rates
Went with the small ones. Made 40% more last month but my schedule is a mess now. How do you guys handle the trade-off between steady work and better pay?

Remember when I tried to manage four different part-time gigs at once? My calendar looked like a toddler's scribble. Honestly, sometimes the steady paycheck is worth the simpler life.

But was it really that bad? I've seen people juggle way more with color-coded apps and it works fine. A messy calendar just means you need a better system, not a boring job. Sounds like you just prefer knowing exactly when your money shows up.
