My aching shoulders changed my view on arm exercises
I always skipped arm day, thinking the work was enough. One tough lift showed me I was wrong. Now I add light weights to my week and it makes a big difference.

Started adding curls too, fixed my shoulder issues fast.

Wait, how do curls fix shoulder problems? Always thought they were just for biceps.
