Update: Caught in the 'no added sugar' juice trap
Bought a juice that said 'no added sugar' but it was packed with natural sugars from concentrate. Isn't it misleading when the total sugar is just as high? Labels should show if the sugar comes from fruit or not.

Read the label better, it says no ADDED sugar which is true. The sugar from fruit is still sugar so the total makes sense.

Actually the label says "no sugar added" but the total sugar is zero, so it must be a sugar substitute.

Okay but the whole "no sugar added" label is basically just a legal loophole. I mean, they can put that on anything that doesn't have extra sugar dumped in, even if it's already full of sugar from fruit juice or whatever. It feels like a trick to make you think you're picking the healthy option. Maybe it's just me but I see that label and I automatically don't trust the product now.
