That 'natural flavors' label got me good on a bag of chips
I bought these chips from a little market in Eugene because they said 'all natural ingredients' right on the front. Got home and flipped the bag, and the second ingredient was 'natural flavors' which I later found out can include MSG and artificial stuff. Now I check the fine print on everything, even if it looks clean. Has anyone else gotten tricked by that phrase?

You're acting like it's cyanide, it's really not that deep.

@alexw75, I get what you're saying but I think you're missing the bigger point here. This stuff builds up over time and small things can actually cause real damage if you keep ignoring them. It's not about being dramatic about one little thing, it's about the pattern that forms when nobody calls it out. You always say it's not that deep until suddenly it is and people are wondering how we got here. Saying it's like cyanide is definitely too much, but brushing everything off like it's nothing isn't helpful either. There's a middle ground where you can care without going overboard, you know?
